The Broad Way to Hell and the Narrow Way to Heaven

The Broad and Narrow Way Print is one of three versions. There is an original German Version, Dutch Version, and English Version. This scripture passage is one of the least talked about, but its warning is so important. For the way to Hell is wide and easy compared to the narrow and hard way that leads to Eternal Life, and those who find Heaven...are few. 
 
How many is few? Several Church Fathers and Saints have preached on the Theology of the Fewness of the Saved. 
 
St. Louis Marie de Montfort stated, "The number of the elect is so small – so small – that, were we to know how small it is, we would faint away with grief: one here and there, scattered up and down the world!".
 
St. Augustine is quoted as saying, "Therefore, few are saved in comparison to those who are damned".
 
St. Leonard of Port Maurice delivered a famous sermon, "The Little Number of Those Who Are Saved," arguing that the majority of mankind are damned by their own choices.
 
St. Philip Neri, "So vast a number of miserable souls perish, and so comparatively few are saved."
 
St. Paul says we are too "work out our salvation with fear and trembling".
 
Finally, Our Lord Himself in Matthew 24:9-13 said, "Then they will deliver you up to tribulation, and put you to death; and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake.  And then many will fall away, and betray one another, and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because wickedness is multiplied, most men’s love will grow cold. But he who endures to the end will be saved."
